Tim Best is the CEO of RecruitMilitary, an organization that offers an array of products and services for Veterans including career fairs, direct placement and recruiting services, and a veteran-focused job board. RecruitMilitary also provides resources to help veterans transition into civilian life, such as resume and interview preparation. Best says there is no cost to the military community for any of Recruit Military's services. He also says veterans are valuable in the workforce, noting their diverse backgrounds, high levels of education, technical skills, and service-oriented mindset. Best was an AH-6 Pilot in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment of the U.S. Army where he became one of the youngest mission-qualified pilots in unit history. He holds a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
